Rate and Contract Changes
The following constitutes to new and existing boarding contracts.
FULL BOARDStalls Available(All stalls are rubber matted):
- Large = $550.00/month (12' x 15')
- Standard = $480.00/month (12' x 10')
- Low dust wood shavings in stalls.
- Quality hay & feed, clean water.
- Buckets washed daily.
- Feed supplements & medication added to feed when provided by owner.
- Fly masks & fly spray applied before turn out when provided by owner.
- Locked tack room with a saddle rack & locker provided for each stall rented.
PASTURE BOARD
- Pasture Board = $295.00/month
- Quality hay & feed, clean water.
- Feed supplements & medication added to feed when provided by owner.

- Use of the tack room is for Full Board customers only. Tack boxes are not permitted.
- All outside instructors and trainers must make prior arrangements with manager and provide necessary insurance documentation before working at farm.
- Breakaway halters are mandatory for all stalled horses.
- Grooming or Tack-up is to be done only in the Grooming stalls. No tie-ups are permitted in corridors.
Horses are not to be tied to stall bars, electrical conduits, or water pipes.
- Boarders are expected to clean up after themselves and their horses.
- Boarders are responsible for damages caused by themselves, their guests or their animals.
- Horses are not permitted to graze on lawned or landscaped areas.
- Boards are 'monthly', no prorating for early leave.
